ipconfig/all execution on windows vista

ipconfig/all execution on windows vista editions

ipconfig/all execution on windows vista edition
my home pc and office network my ip address is d

home pc :

Ethernet adapter VMware Network Adapter VMnet8:
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.176.4

office pc :

Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection:
IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 202.30.013.254(Preferred)

Why its IPV4 Address and named as (Preferred) in my office network for the
IP Address,
was that due to any Windows Vista Edition home and Business /Enterprise
difference, but it should'nt be so because its IPconfig.exe which fetches
details on system TCP/IP details.

Does the Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection details would always be
given after Windows IP Configuration and before Ethernet adapter Local Area
Connection1 ..2.3.., for ipconfig/all command for all execution.

as it need to connect based on mac id and ip for security reasons.

ur good self ... help!
