| | Terminal Service Fails to Start? Since installing SP1, I have noticed that I get an error event logged every time I load with the message:- "Terminal Service start failed. The relevant status code was The configuration data for this product is corrupt. Contact your support personnel." Yet if I look at the "services" running, the "Terminal Services" appears to be running. I am running Vista Home Basic and I'm not sure what is meant here by "support personnel" since I'm the only one using the machine. |

| | Re: Terminal Service Fails to Start? I haven't got a second user on the machine, and I can quite easily conect to another machine via an ethernet cross-over cable and thus to the internet. I don't normally use any other connection whilest at home, but I have a couple of dial-up possibilities that I could try.
