That means your running Vista Home Premium or Home Basic edition which can
*NOT* act as a Remote Desktop (RDC) host/server. You can verify what version
of Vista your running by going to "Start -> Run" and typing the command
winver. Look at using an alternative like UltraVNC as an alternative if you
need to remotely access/control the PC.
