Manual wireless network profile in Vista Access denied

I am running Vista business with SP1. Until yesterday I had two
profiles setup for automatic wireless network connection, now, I can
only connect to these two networks by manually putting in the
passphrases each time I need to connect. When I try to setup the
profiles in Network and Sharing Center manually, I get an Access
denied at the end of the setup and it will not hold any of the
information for these profiles.

Anyone else ever seen this, or had a similar issue like this? And yes,
I have full admin rights on the system.

Thanks in advance for any assistance with this.
