Vista - Not responding when closing "Local Area Connection Properties" box

problem man n/a posts	Not responding when closing "Local Area Connection Properties" box After I viewed the protocols selection or changed IP settings, it took very long time to close "Local Area Connection Properties" dialog box, either clicked "OK" or "Cancel" button. Please advise how to fix it. Thanks.
