| | ADSL link up then down every 30 secs Very frustrating week as my internet connection is not working properly, and worse not even consistent. Either my connection seems normal or the link up then down alternating for hours. I'm running Vista 32 Using either my speedtouch 536v6 or Belkin G wireless router to access. Problem occurs with either. Have used filtered dsl line or not. Problem occurs with either. Have shut my comp. off. Problem occurs with either. ISP have visited twice, check the line, shrugged their shoulders and closed the ticket. And worse of all not consistent, so it's hard to locate the problem. It connection will work fine for an hour (like right now) then just stop working. I have reset both modem, reset user setting, obtained new ip, etc, etc. Does anyone have any ideas? I just read about unchecking IPv6, but will wait until my connection drops again. Thx Dan |
