Windows Easy Transfer won't run any more

I ran Windows Easy Transfer to (obviously) transfer files. Part way through
the process, my computer had a "blue screen" error and rebooted. Now, when I
try to run it again, I immediately get a dialog box saying "The migration
failed. Windows Easy Transfer will now be canceled." Can anybody tell me how
I could fix or reset this problem?
