Can't connect to WIFI

Vista SP1, IE7, Norton Internet Security, all is updated.

The only pages that will load on the WIFI network are https pages. Norton
can update but Windows Update can not.
I don't have any problems on my work network(WEP). I've tried all
suggestions from the IE7 NG with no luck.

Thanks
Todd

Re: Can't connect to WIFI

Hi
The situation is Not clear.
When you are at work you can log with your computer's WIFI to your work's
Network and use IE7 as it should with No trouble?

Re: Can't connect to WIFI

Jack,

I connect wirelessly to both networks. WIFI is from the shop below my
apartment. Work is across the street.
Does that help?

Re: Can't connect to WIFI

Hi
If the WIFI works elsewhere as is then it could be a problem with the
Wireless source (Wireless Router/Access Point).
If you have a Wireless Router you have to connect to it disable its Wireless
security and check all the settings.
The configuration better done via wired connection. I.e computer to Router
connected with wire.
Maybe this can further help.
