DHCP

have a small network 4 pc's 3 run win xp & the main pc dual boot with xp &
vista , when im on the xp partition there is no prob sharing ect & all pc's
can ping each other & share files ect . However when im on Vista partition
although I can see all pc's if I try to explore other pc's I get a cant find
network path .If I click on the network connection & properties I get the ip
add 192.168.1.65 which is DHCP enabled but if I do a run cmd & ipconfig/all
it says DHCP is not enabled & there is no ip add & if I ping other pc it
either fails or loses 50% .
