Remote Support with messenger

I have testing the Remotesupport on live messenger 9 with two of my Live ID,
one on Notebook (XP), the other on Desktop (Vista Business)
Both computers have connectet on the same DSL Router (Desktop on LAN,
Notebook on WLAN)
This Connection have been o.k. I can control Notebook with Desktop.
After that I call a friend on a Remote Computer (Vista HP), but now the
Connection not work. There was any time a white Display and than the
Message: Member has stop Connection. But thats not true. What can be the
Problem?
Where can I find an Error Log for this Connection?
