Vista - "Specified service does not exists as an installed service" error

"Specified service does not exists as an installed service" error


When I go to network and sharing and try to turn on File Sharing, I get the
following error "Specified service does not exists as an installed service".

Ok ... sharing just got harder than XP - I give up - what does that mean and
what must I do
