Use 2 NICs: 1 Upstream, 1 downstream

Computer:
Dell XPS 600 with Windows Vista Ultimate x64

Networking:
Dlink Rangebooster-n Wireless Router
Dlink Xtreme-n Wireless PCI
Integrated NVIDIA Network controller

I have a moderate amount of networking skills, but need some help if
possible. I want to use the NVIDIA network card to send upstream traffic
ONLY. I want the Dlink Wireless-n card to receive downstream traffic ONLY.
Is this possible? Is there a driver, a setting, a utility, a setting in
Vista or in my Router somewhere that will accomplish this? Thanks for any
help.

Windows uses the default gateway address to send upstream traffic. To
use the NVIDIA card to send all upstream traffic, assign a default
gateway to the network connection that uses the NVIDIA card, and
remove any default gateway from the network connection that uses the
D-Link card.

However, downstream traffic that comes in response to an Internet
connection request will use the same network card that sent the
upstream traffic. I can't think of a way to use the D-Link for
downstream when the NVIDIA is sending the upstream traffic.
