I use a dlink DI 634M router and after installing vista i couldnt use the
internet. I even tried to connect my computer directly through my modem but
it still didnt work. I need help to fix my connection???

I have the same problem. I know the computer can see the router because it
gets a dhcp ip and I can see the lan with no problems.

I have the same problem. I get a dhcp IP from the router and I can see
everything on the lan just fine. I can even ping dns servers in a dos
window. I just cannot open any websites. In Network Center, under Status,
the link between Network (lan) and internet goes on and off randomly. Please

I too have the same problem and have reinstalled and spent many hours trying
to fix the problems. If anyone has any ideas, please help us, before we all
go crazy.

I fixed it. i just did a firmware update on the router. I'm good to go.

I fixed it. i just did a firmware update on the router. I'm good to go.

I also could not connect to the Internet via my DI-634M until I downloaded
and installed the firmware update. Thanks for the tip. I spent many hours
trying other remedies in vain. Thanks again.

I have the same problem where i can see my whole network and it says that i
have internet access periodicaly but i cant view any web pages and there is
no firmware updates for the router i use. Anyone have any other ideas?
