Elevating Vista Remote Desktop Issue

Hi, about a week or so ago I posted an issue with Remote Desktop in Windows
Vista and after some more exhaustive searching I found users experiencing
basically the same issue as myself. It basically boils down to:

1) Connecting to a Vista machine using Remote Desktop
2) After using the system and logging out, or in the middle of a session the
Vista machine will lock up.
3) The Vista machine does not respond to new remote desktop requests because
it is locked up and remains unresponsive until it is manually restarted.

I can confirm that the machine is actually locking up myself. When I went to
look at my own PC the screensaver was frozen and the machine would not
respond to any kind of input. Only manually restarting it would work.

The following discussions all pertain to this same issue:
http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/com...=en-us&m=1&p=1
http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/com...=en-us&m=1&p=1
http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/com...=en-us&m=1&p=1
http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/com...=en-us&m=1&p=1

Since this seems to be a fairly common issue (not just affecting a single
user, system, or configuration) how would it be possible to report this
directly to Microsoft so that we may attain some kind of fix for this in the
future?

Do you have the 90 days support option?
https://support.microsoft.com/oas/de...4&gprid=11734&
Or http://support.microsoft.com/gp/contactbug

I know this doesn't help you, but I am connecting successfully with
absolutely no issues to a Vista Ultimate box from my XP box at the
office and from a Mac running remote desktop. I've never had a lock
up or an issue. I am running standard firewalls (Windows and McAfee)
on the Vista box. I connect both from an outside IP (with port
forwarding on my router) and from within the LAN as well. Usually
I'll be logged on all day; so about 8 hours with no interuption...I'm
wondering what the difference is between your Vista and mine
