| | User name and password needed to share a printer I have set up a smal network and am running Vista on PC and lXP on laptop. Network set up ok except for sharing printer. This is on PC and when I try to access it from laptop it asks for a User name and password. Now I have not set up either on the Vista PC. I have overcome it by switching of the passwod requirement on PC but what I would like to know is how I setup a User name and password on the Vista machine. I can share files no trouble. Help would be appreciated. |
