Vista - URGENT Pls Help: Cannot share

Ok

Vista Ultimate x64, The problem seems that under Network Sharing I cannot
seem to start share my files option it displays "Custom" when I didn't
choose any such thing.

Also wen I try to start the "Server" service it gives me a 1068 error, then
I tried to start Computer Browser Service again a similar error number.
Workstation service is set to automatic jus like the others and its running,

How do I get the "server" and "computer browser" service to start, cos I
think thats seems to be the problem. is there some registry entry ?

I need to access files on the Vista Machine often.

Please Help

The computer browser will start and stop as required but the server service
generally should be running (assuming you are sharing resources). After
trying to start the server services, does the event log provide any
information?
