RE-INSTALLATION vista home prem 32

I need to re-instal my Vista after changing mainboard and video card. I can't
even start in safe mode. Will it cost me to reactivate? Tried doing repair
but it does not want to work

Reactivation will not cost you anything. If it doesn't reactivate online
just give them a call and explain you've changed some hardware. It should
take about 3-5 minutes.
