Accessing Computer A (w/ Vista) from Computer B (w/Win2000)

Computer A & Computer B is in the same workgroup (Workgroup C). From
Computer B, it can see Computer A but when you try to access it, a window
would pop-up stating "\\Computer A is not accessible. Access is denied.".
Computer A has also Norton Internet Security 2007 installed. How can I
access Computer A from Computer B?

Leda,

You need to either configure NIS properly, or remove it. If you Google these
forums, you'll find more than a few folks have had this problem.

Along with checking your personal firewall, you need to check the NetBT setting
on both computers.
