"Wireless networks are available" but no connectivity

I got a new laptop with Vista a few weeks ago and so far everything has worked perfectly. Today, though, I haven't been able to connect to the internet, it says "wireless networks are available" but the list of networks to connect to is blank. It is sitting right next to my router and I know the router is working (which is how I'm able to be online here with my other computer).

I know my modem and router are working, it's got to be the laptop. I've had the laptop for a few weeks and everything worked great until today, no idea what the change was, any ideas? I can't get online with it to download any new drivers/updates, I feel very stuck.

Posting the result of ipconfig /all here may help.
