all messenger services are not working

i have an acer laptop with windows vista home premium connected in the
internet thru a prolink ADSL modem, I am connected to the internet and can
brouse all web sites but all the messenger services will not log me in. I
tried windows messenger 5.1, windows live messenger 8.1, hotmail messenger,
yahoo messenger, skype messenger... and etc. all of the messenger services
will not log me in. I tried to take a look at the firewall settings, the
firewall is OFF.

pls help me on this..

and reply with the detailed report output.

If your Windows firewall is OFF, then I hope you have some other firewall in
place.. you should double-check.
