Vista - Network Sharing

I have 2 computers running Windows Vista Ultimate both are setup the same,
computer 2 can open all files on computer 1, but computer 1 cannot open files
on computer 2, both can access the internet & both show in the networks
folder, using a dsl modem/router.any help please.

I would check the firewall settings first. Or this troubleshooting may help,
