| Vista x64 Ultimate SP2, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | Fix for some networking issues If you are experiencing one of these listed problems: 1. Indefinite delay (hang) when opening the Certificate Services snap-in. 2. Slow (sometimes no) group policy application. 3. Trying to select a domain user in order to add that principal to a local security group (the object picker) would hang indefinitely. 4. Instant Messaging is not working well. Sometimes not at all by not being able to sign in. 5. Access to local file servers (EX: networked drives, etc.) are extremely slow and sometimes did not succeed at all (appears to hang). 6. Internet connection problems. 7. Extremely slow file transfers. Then it might be related to Auto Tuning.
