Vista - Vista prining to XP printserver not working

Situation:
XP print server for Lexmark X1150. Print ok from any XP pc in the network.

Vista PC ; downloaded new driver from lexmark. X1150 connected to Vista (via
USB): print ok

Printer connected to XP server: print from Vista does not work. Result
message in Vista PC says print is ok and printed on network printer. Real
result is: no print at all and also not in printqueue on XP server.

Workgroup name: for all machines in network the same.
Network printer is visible in Vista PC printers.

Filesharing from Vista o XP is OK.

What can be wrong and how can we solve the problem?

Any help will be great.
