others systems cannot PING Vista machine

Dear Friends, not sure if a solution is already posted on this issue.

I have a network with windows xp and windows 2000 desktop machines. I
recently bought a Windows Visa Business edition laptop.

My problem is, I am able to PING from the Vista machine to all other
machines on the network. But none of the machines on the network are able to
    PING the VISTA machine.

I have tried the following without luck.
    1) created icmp rules for inbound , in the firewall
    2) Stopped firewall
    3) stopped antivirus program

is there anything that i am missing?

    regards
    Sunil

    Hi friend
i know the problem i resolve it when I try to disable IVP6 on local network
    properties.
right click on local network properties
you'll see the windows with IPV4 which is common on all computer, that ipv4
allow you to change your IP ADRESS and you'll find also IPV6, disable it,
save change and restart your computer.
    the problem is resolved
