Vista - Sluggish conection and alot of pausing

chicagolandminpin n/a posts	Sluggish conection and alot of pausing When i conect to the internet its real sluggish and it wont open up a window unless i refresh it a bunch of times, Also it pauses on me alot. Is there a way to reconfigure it for my high speed or anything i can do to fix this problem?
