Vista Tutorial - Cant find my wireless netork but can find others?

Hello there everyone i have this reaaly tricky problem that i can seem to fix
Basically i have bought a new laptop but cant connect it to my network.im
running vista and its a gateway MT6223B .problem is that when i get the list
of wireless networks avaiable mine isint there.but my xbox 350 can pick it up
and connect as can my PC ,Wii and Nintendo DS but not my laptop.My laptop can
connect to other wireless networks but it will just not find mine altogher.
list of things i have tried. I have unistalled the driver and re installed
for the card.turned off encryption.SSID is on . ive used the laptops MAC
adress and entered it in the MAC adress control as allowed. none of the
above have worked .i have a belkin Pre-N routher

please post the test output of ipconfig /all from an elevated
command prompt
