Vista - Firewall disables itself

Firewall disables itself

We've got a brand new Vista Premium Home, however, security wise, i'm
worried... Everytime I enable the Windows Firewall and reboot, the firewall
is disabled!!

Are you running any Internet Security program like Norton, etc?
If you are, it has its own Firewall.
