Vista - unable to copy compressed files from other computers' shared folde

i have a xp-installed desktop and another vista-installed laptop.
And i exchange files between them through the network neighborhood.
i can not copy compressed files(.rar) to my laptop's folders.
vista said i have no premission to do this.(destination folder acess denied)
except this, everything(copy other kinds of files) is ok.
dose any one know how to solve this problem?
