Not able to access SBS 2003 PC from Vista 64-bit

Hi:

I'm trying to set up a small network consisting of Windows Small Business
Server 2003 Premium R2 and Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit. The SBS PC has ISA
Server 2004 SP3 installed on it. The Vista PC is not able to get an IP
address from the SBS PC.

What should I be looking for?

Thanks.
