| | Blue screen with PowerPoint via Remote Desktop Connection I have one computer (the host) running Windows Vista Ultimate and another (the client) running Windows XP (SP2) Media Center Edition. The client is connecting to the host via Remote Desktop Connection. When I open PowerPoint 2003 over the Remote Desktop Connection, and click the Tools menu, the host often blue screens with the following message: win32k.sys PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA or sometimes: BAD_POOL_CALLER Thus the Remote Desktop Connection (and anything else that was happening on the host) is lost. I am hoping a fix is known for this issue, since I purchased Vista Ultimate for its Remote Desktop capability, and also for its reliability. I will be pleaed to provide more information if required. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
