Re: Vista 32 bit vs. Vista 64 bit - Benchmarked

roy69,

Oh yes I agree. 64 bit will be eventually replace 32 bit completely the way 32 bit replaced the old 16 bit standard.

Re: Vista 32 bit vs. Vista 64 bit - Benchmarked

When I get my wife's PC together I test hers also. I'm thinking about running XP pro 64bit on hers cause she said she don't want Vista. I told her she should at least give it a shot.

Re: Vista 32 bit vs. Vista 64 bit - Benchmarked

LOL, Roy.

Yeah, there's so much hype out there on how bad Vista is, folks get the wrong impression until they give it a try for a bit and get use to the differences between XP and Vista. You can usually just turn off the features that you do not like in Vista even.

Re: Vista 32 bit vs. Vista 64 bit - Benchmarked

I told mine that she would like it if she just tried it. I think I'm gonna put Home Prem 64 on it and let her try it out.
