In case you haven't heard, Microsoft offers free Email, Chat and Phone Support for Vista SP1 until March 18, 2009.

the site is busted the web support by e-mail and phone does not work the links are broken I reported to my staff here in Canada see if they can verify the broken Links

Retry it as I just used the email support request successfully. If you are not signing in with a Windows passport ID thatmay be the problem.
