Microsoft Have released a new version of a patch previously not needed for Vista...

Why was this bulletin revised on June 24, 2008?
This bulletin was revised to add Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista Service Pack 1, Windows Vista x64 Edition Service Pack 1, Windows Server 2008 for 32-bit Systems, Windows Server 2008 for x64-based Systems, and Windows Server 2008 for Itanium-based Systems as affected software upon which Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 runs.

This is a detection change only for the KB936181 package. There were no changes to the binaries. Customers with Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista Service Pack 1, Windows Vista x64 Edition Service Pack 1, Windows Server 2008 for 32-bit Systems, Windows Server 2008 for x64-based Systems, and Windows Server 2008 for Itanium-based Systems should apply the update immediately.
