Re: Video: The Case of the Unexplained...

Process Explorer is a very valuable tool for t-shooting, as are a few other of the SysInternals tools, I couldn't do without them these days.
It's too bad that most of the newbies that come here looking for help, probably don't know how to use these tools properly or they could make our job of figuring out their problems much easier...

But then again...that's why they're called Newbies/n00b's/@$#!^&'s...
(LOL)

But even with all the tools available, Windoze is just so darn complex that it's still sometimes impossible for an x-pert type person to find out just what the HE(!!) went wrong, so all you noobs out there take heart in that.

Re: Video: The Case of the Unexplained...

Heh - I am not a n00b by any means - and there are many functions of PE and ways that it can be used that *I* don't know....

And I know a lot more than the n00bs do....

So, yeah, that is to be expected.

The part I hate is that a lot of n00bs just want to use the computer as a toy, instead of realizing that a computer is a machine - like a car - and it needs to be maintained, just like a car, on a regular schedule.
