It should. The UI is something that Microsoft usually completes near the end of the development cycle. It'll likely look like Vista until the Beta 2-ish stage.

Given all the issues early vista versions had I will prolly stick with vista until windows 7 is proven stable.

Windows 7 is built from the same base-code as Vista, there should be little or no issues with the current software being used or having as many issues as Vista has had hopefully

They removed the Classic Start Menu?? Man I love it though, that is what I use. I don't like the big bulky Vista menu. They better not remove the Classic theme.

I agree that this looks too much like Vista at the moment. There are rumors that says that Windows 7 will be modular : We only install what we want. Example : We can choose or not to install Internet Explorer or Windows Media Player.
