Great post, btw!
How does this upgrade work if one has Vista Ultimate and wants to get Windows 7 ?
The whole WAU sounds a little weird to me. Do people really upgrade to more advanced editions of the same Windows that much?
3 Home Premium licenses for $150 sounds very fair. Also, after Vista Ultimate was not received well for it's price, it was smart of MS to cut the cost of 7 Ultimate by %12.
To be fair Microsoft should give a bigger discount to those who have Vista in the same level of editions if they want to upgrade to Windows 7. Like in my case I have Vista Ultimate. Microsoft should offer more than 12% reduction if I were to want to purchase Windows 7 Ultimate. Like WTF happened to all the extras that they were supposed to put out ? Promises promises.BS ! Three for $150 ? Why I only have one computer. With all the screw ups with updates, one is bad enough trying to fix the problems. Never mind three. Fix it does not work either. Gives me mesages that my update is not set to download driver updates.
