A very good list

My personal preference would probably put number nine higher up the list - possibly as high as number two. Not sure if this is an indictment on my laziness

or sign of my experience

The Web does seem to be an essential resource for issue resolution these days, it's extremely unlikely that you are the first to see the issue, and if I can find a solution quickly I can move on to the next job and keep costs down A Win / Win
