| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Re: Let's kill the OS upgrade disc I have long felt that some 'new operating systems' were actually minor fixes to the previous version, and should have been available for free download from the company that wrote the orignial. Some of the commercial software I have has sent me a disk with an upgrade, for free. They felt that they had made mistakes and to make up for it to their customers gave all of us the upgrade for free. It was possible to get the upgrade as a digital download. I have no idea why MS doesn't do that. |
