Vista - taskbar keeps messing up

my task bar at the bottom keeps doing weird stuff. like getting all out of
wack. and then when i try and click the start menu nothing appears. the only
way i can seem to fix it by doing ctrl+alt+del and closing the ( explorer )
and then clicking new task and opening explorer again. any ideas as to why
this happens ?

Hi all,

I've got a lot of updates that refuse to install. Download is ok, install is
ok, but after reboot, Windows Update tells me these updates failed to
install.

They are :
Mise Ã* jour pour Windows Vista (KB938194)
DÃ©tails concernant l'erreur : Code 80070003
Mise Ã* jour pour le filtre de courrier indÃ©sirable Windows Mail [octobre
2007] (KB905866)
DÃ©tails concernant l'erreur : Code 80070003
Mise Ã* jour pour Windows Vista (KB941651)
DÃ©tails concernant l'erreur : Code 80070003
