| | Trouble Personalizing I right click on the desktop and click personalize. The cursor shows that the computer is working. The screen pops up empty for 1/2 a sec. then disappears. The cursor is still showing that its working for 3 more sec. and thats the end of that. I can't access it through control panel either. Any ideas on this one? I don't have the Nvidia glitch either. Specs: Windows Vista Home Premium Computer: ACPI x86-based PC (HP) Display Adapter: Mobel Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family Processors: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T5250 @ 1.50GHz (each) I do have it configured so that I have Windows DreamScene set up. I'm sure the problem occurred sometime when I fixed it this way b/c the installer didn't work correctly and I had to manually install it myself. If anyone has any ideas, I would be much obliged. |

You might try running the "sfc /scannow" (no quotes) command to see if it will fix your problem. This tutorial will show you how. http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/66...tem-files.html Shawn |
