VISTA BLUE SCREENS OF DEATH

DescriptionThis past week I received two BSODs from Windows Vista Ultimate. I
was logging off because IE7 appeared to be unresponsive after several
minutes. When Vista rebooted (for Microsoft documentation writers, "rebooted"
is the preferred term for "restarted") it offered to find a bug fix, which it
did. I download a driver from some video card, per instructions, and tried to
install it. It turns out the computer in question had no such equipment.

Any non-hardware computer component that comes with "Tips and Tricks" is
downgraded automatically by me. Also, documentation with a "Getting Started"
section, that does anything but get me started, is destined for the trash can.

By the way, what is a Blocking Issue? If you don't define terms, they don't
mean anything, even though they are put before the unwashed as if everyone
knows what you mean. CommentsThanks for your feedback.

Unfortunately, we do not support Windows Vista through this site. We
recommend you try discussing this issue on the Windows Vista newsgroups or
forums. Please see:
