BSOD?????

i have recieved this stop screen Twice in quick time. i have not been able
To burn CDs or DVDS and so i thought i would try Real Player. but it burned
a Cd then the operating system Stopped Reading the following message;

A DEVICE DRIVER ATTEPTING TO CORRUPT THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN CAUGHT.
THE FAULTY DRIVER CURRENTLY ON THE KERNAL STACK MUST BE REPLACED WITH A
WORKING VERSION

COULD ANYBODY PLEASE HELP. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS CAUSING THE PROBLEM. I
DONT WANT TO HAVE TO SEND MY COMPUTER TO A COMPUTER TECHNICIAN TO FIX MY
PROB

THE WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER REFUSES TO BURN AND SO DOES WINDOWS DVD MAKER
