    Programs decaying

I have a problem right now, where several different programs are "breaking"
down at nearly the same time. It starts with a few programs losing sound
(TeamSpeak RC2 and War Rock are the two I notice). Then, one of my gadgets
completely disfunctions (appLauncher) and is no longer able to be configured.
At the same time as the gadget breaking, my network connections module (the
whole system) stops working, though I still have internet. When I hover over
the icon for wireless, it gives me a server error.

I tried to use the MS Help (chat with an associate) thing, but it said my
ProductID wasn't valid, but this laptop was shipped with Vista directly from
    a manufacturer.

It may be a heat issue causing random issues. Have you checked the error
logs? There may be clues in there. Also, you might try downloading a
program called Speedfan to check your CPU and motherboard temperatures.
