| | No previous versions to restore I accidently permanently deleted important files and folders. When I search for the files, they file names appear in the search. When I open "Properties" to click on "Previous Versions," I am told that there are no previous versions to restore. Dell Tech Support connected to my computer and restore one of the folders, but when I am logged on as myself, I can't do it. I am the only user and the administrator. Help me! |
