| | "problem reports and solutions" control panel does not launch When I click on the "problem reports and solutions" control panel, nothing happens. When I run wercon.exe from command line, it exits immediately and silently. If I right-click wercon.exe and choose "run as administrator", it works fine. How can I make the "problem reports and solutions" control panel launch like it is suposed to? [I'm running Vista Business with latest updates.] Thank you very much, John |
