Vista - wmiprvse.exe

wmiprvse.exe

I have a process in Windows Task Manager called WmiPrvSE.exe and it is
running 15-20% CPU usage and spikes up to 70-80% usage. How do i find and
stop the process that is using the Wmi services.

My System SpecsSystem Spec

Here is some more information on that file:

It is a Windows system file, but as for it spiking like that, I'm not
too sure.
