System Information - Can't Collect Info

Trying to use System Information, but get a message that says "Can't Collect
Information Cannot access the Windows Management Instrumentation software.
Windows Management files may be moved or missing." Task Manager shows Winmgmt
as "Running." Not noticing issues with anything else I use on my machine.
Windows Update works. Office 2007 works....etc.
