files waiting to be burned

I had reburned some files to a disk that had some how
disapeared from the disk. When i noticed a pop up saying
that i had some files waiting to be burned to disk. I tried to
go into the program to turn it off with no luck. I clicked on
the DVD drive and it was reading the same files that was on
the pop up but there was no disk in the drive and even after
a restart the DVD was still reading those same files with no disk
in the computer.
