Vista - wall paper

i was on the internet one day playing a game when i got off of the internet
my wallpaper was changed to a black back ground when i went to personalize my
theme to change it back it wouldn't let me do it the only background i can
use is blue or black i even tried right clicking on the pic and choosing to
use as a background and it will not change please help

Download wallpaper_enable.reg from the following link:
http://www.winhelponline.com/fixes/wallpaper_enable.reg

Save the file to Desktop.
Right-click on the file and then choose "Merge"

STEP TWO in Method One or Two in this tutorial will show you how to enable changing the wallpaper again.
