| | Problem Reports and Solutions I was wondering if anyone knows how to get the "Problem Reports and Solutions" to work if it's not? It was working OK and I ran a Optimize program and I guess it shut it off. Now when I open it none of the options in the left colume work. They are all faded and don't let you click on them. Like "Check for Solutions". Any help would be gratful. Thanks, Randy |

| | Re: Problem Reports and Solutions The program is another beta but it works good. Just start as an admin. and click on the options to make your chooses. A screen will come up where you have many options including Optimize. After it runs look at the issues it finds carefully and uncheck any you don't want the program to optimize for you. I learned the hard way. Once you get it tweeked the way you want it, it's a really good program. Oh yea I guess you need the name or link : www.iobit.com and the program name is ; Advanced WindowsCare V2 . I hope it's what you need.
